Looks like the Lakers are on the brink of acquiring AD. If reports are true, Butler will sign with them if they offer him the max. Doubt they want a washed up point guard with that contract.
You do understand a lot of the "extra minutes" are on Harden himself who is simply stat padding and chasing regular season records like consecutive 30 point games. There were several games where Coach tried to pull him out and even said so but Harden just won't listen and wants to go back in. Quit putting the whole show on him? Dude, that's his style of basketball. If he doesn't have the ball he is just standing rooted to one spot. How do you run plays if your star player is just standing and pouting till he gets the ball? And we all know that if Coach gets on the bad side of Harden, it's bye bye coach.
Can the lakers afford 3 max contracts though? I mean Rox got capped out with just 2 highly doubtful Lakers can have Lebron making the max, trade for AD making the max and still sign Butler to the max as well
Our offense has no off ball movement why do people keep saying Hardens is at fault when no other player is moving. If you don't understand that simple fact you don't know much about basketball.
I mean technically they can but the rumor that Butler will sign with the Lakers if they offer him the max could be BS, who knows? https://sports.yahoo.com/report-lakers-interested-jimmy-butler-221504748.html
Lakers plan is far better team than anyone in west. Starters Davis Kuzma Lebron Butler Point guard 10 million a year to spend Bench Reddick 2 years 20 million MLE keep Last year Lakers bench
Austin Rivers said something to the tune of....”James is doing what the organization and coach are asking him to do....”
Except when it matters most come playoff time when defense gear up to stop the gimmicky ISO heavy 3 ball or bust game Now throw some ORTG or other stats @ me
What does this has to anything? We still had one of the most efficient offenses in this year's playoff. And why are people only calling out Harden for running the offense as called?
