We are fine, but MDA needs to show he's the coach for this team or we need to move on. If he is extended now he is going to get comfortable and try to figure it out next year. This team does not have that time. It's now or never. Hopefully the whole team sees and realises their mistakes from last season.

I think it's about creating a culture which is fair. Why get penalized for something that is mostly out of your control. If Harden plays X number of games and they still don't make playoffs, fair enough, reduce the earn outs. If this is how your recent COTY is treated, how are other employees and players being treated?
