That last name is dope asf. Sounds like what you scream out when you pull up and drain the 3 in someone's face.

It helps that Toronto didnt try to make Gasol switch on to Curry on every pick and roll.

What a random collection of stats. Why add two 3-pters made?

On an unrelated but equally random side note, Siakum is the ONLY player in finals history to have 30 pts, a first name that starts with P, and a last name that ends with "akum".

Because it's what the league and the media do. There were some records of one kind or another set during our series against Oakland and I didn't see much in the way of complaining about the publicity here. Besides, it'll make the folks in The Frozen North feel good about their team, and I wouldn't blame them. What if Toronto manages to bump off Oakland and win the championship? I expect the media, and the league, to have a collective nervous breakdown. God knows what we'll be subjected to then.

I hope narrative that trash-ball of this years rockets 'system even though damn ugly, it pushed gsw the furthest' will be put to sleep after those series. Toronto play basketball as it's meant to be. They switch to Steph and post him the **** up instead of taking forced threes. They use lenght on defense and on boards. Great team

drake is such an asset to this raptors team. with his magnitude and wordplay skills he gets into head of opponents heavily, none of them likes being punked worldwide by drake lol and he fits into this role like fish in the sea

I didn't get my vote in, in time, but before the series I thought that the Raptors would win game 1 -- and then not win another game. (ie, Dubs in 5) Prediction is holding so far. :D

It's literally been one game. Chill out.

Not saying Toronto can't do it, but until the Raptors actually beat GS in a series, Rockets are still the only team to take the Warriors to the brink.

Not only do they have exceptional length on the wings but they are quick. As old as Gasol is, he seems to be faster then Clint ever was against the Warriors.

They did switch occasionally I believe.

But the beauty of having high IQ defensive players - they know how to play defense without palming the job off to someone else.

Watching them play was beautiful today.

If the Raps do manage to win it'll be interesting the comparison drawn between both owners. Raps are over the luxury tax and made a trade that at the time was questionable given Kawhi's prior season sitting out and being traded to the cold north. Then they do the Gasol trade before the deadline to go all in even more so.

Contrast that with our owner that insisted on being under the luxury tax and being willing to let a G-League player walk after his 10 day expired to avoid tax implications.
