Yikes. For us, OKC and Miami gets Paul for dead weight contracts?

    Clint Capela/Gordon
    for
Butler/Simmons/Bolden (this works in the trade machine)

Then, politely ask Aminu and Green to split the MLE or whatever exception we have.

Just curious, does this satisfy your offseason desires for length?

    Simmons/Nene/Bolden
    Tucker/J. Green/Manimal
    Butler/Aminu/House
    Harden/G Green
    CP3/Rivers

I would hope for another true big like DeAndre Jordan.

Why would the sixers want Capela?

    CP/Winslow/Ntilikina
    Harden /Bogdanovich
    Richardson/ Winslow/Bogdanovich
    PJ/J Green/Clark
    DJ/Olynyk

Fair trade for all sides. Give Miami a 1st and 2nd if needed. Second to the Knicks.

Miami couldn’t even make the playoffs with that roster. They want to shed salary. Why not?

There are a few cheap options at center this year if no DJ. Give Green the full MLE. CP isn’t going anywhere.

    LA IN: CP3 and AD
NOP IN: Ball, Ingram, Capela and LA’s pick
PHI IN: Gordon, Nene (R) and HOU 2020 FRP
    HOU IN: Butler and Kuzma

After the trade HOU would have to look to sign some one like DJ for vet min and hope to resign Rivers for MLE. They would resign Shumpert with bird rights. Maybe Faried for vet min. Hope Hartenstein keeps developing. But, immediately following the trade and before the signings, I think the Rockets would have almost enough to offer Kawhi the max. Even if they can’t get Kawhi, they would have a good chunk of change to try to sign someone major.

    Harden/Rivers
    Butler/Shumpert
    Kawhi/PJ
    Kuzma
    DJ/Faried/Hartenstein

    Championship.

Twin towers, move Embiid to the 4, extra rebounding, depth at center with an injury prone Embiid, extra length that's mobile and can guard smaller players. Just to name a few. He could also be traded. Or Embiid could be traded for a pile of assets? I feel like there are reasons there that we see.

Sac loves Harry Giles too. Not seeing them give up on him.

    You are probably right.

I wonder what Capela’s true market is. Giles has dealt with severe injuries and only played about 14 minutes per game. If Clint can’t net you a guy like Giles, then improving the team may be harder than I anticipated.

Giles has much more offensive upside, not as good defensively. Giles not yet 100% either.

Kings have been patient with him because they believe they got themselves a steal.

Dont know if this works financially for next season, so i dont know if these moves could happen BUT:

    HOU in:
    Bradley Beal

    HOU out:
    Clint, 2 1st Rounders

    And

    HOU out:
    CP3 and Gordon

    HOU in:
    Myles Turner and Bogdonovich

I like the look of it, and i feel it works for Indy and the Wizards.. just unsure if swapping out CP3, Clint and Gordon for Beal, Turner and Bojan really moves the needle for us :/

Inspired by a bleacher report random trade idea brought up by Y2J2 in the trade Capela thread.
    https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2838727-1-trade-to-help-get-nbas-best-superstars-over-the-top

If Atlanta were to offer up the 10th pick to Minnesota for Capela and swing Covington and Prince here that would be a very nice deal considering that we keep our first round picks. I don’t know who the projected 10 pick is this year, but if Clint has more value then why not?

I know we need wings but we still need one or 2 stretch bigs who can rebound as well. What if we took that idea a step further and went all in?

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y5m4fxfc

K Love is high risk high reward but he is still one of the best stretch 4’s in the league. His health scares me but he may be a risk worth taking. He still rebounds at an elite level.

Clarkson is a nice combo guard at 6’5 with above average defense. He would provide instant offense as our third guard.

I’d even throw in a first for this type of potential line up:

    CP/Clarkson
    Harden/Clarkson
    Covington/Prince
    Love/J Green(MLE)
    *DJ/Holmes or who ever

Green at the 5 would be ridiculous. Harden would have a ton of room to work.

No current “all stars” added to the roster but much better over talent and depth.

    * Substitute DJ with any feasible big.
