He is close to done, and he has still few good games left.

    It hurts.

That said his leadership is still needed because apart from Tucker nobody incorporates that junkyard dog mentality like Chris.

Maybe if you brought back Harrell and Beverley you won't need him that much.

He plays hard mostly on the defensive side, that is what I am talking, he can't get to the basket because he is slow and old.

Sure he tried to avoid hammy injuries, but that was known beforehand.

Doesn't mean he can't be vocal.

Being vocal doesn’t mean squat on the court unless you back your words up which he is not even close to doing anymore

Well, in a perfect world you put together Chris Paul's brain and Harden's body and skills.

In reality Harden has the best skills but his body language isn't the best when needed.

This is not a hot take, everyone knows, but ppl will continue to find excuses like he has a bloody eye, he has a concussion, he is gassed, and so on.

I’m not happy with either one of them at this point in time. But I’ve never liked Chris Paul, so I’ll come clean with that notion

He likes to put himself above the team

You must be talking about Harden.

Chris Paul has never in his career taken a **** on the court and quit during a playoff win or go home game. Harden has multiple times.

Even last year, when he was clearly better, I wouldn't say that ideally CP3 loves the pure ISO game. He's just not as good at it as James is. Nobody is that good at it. Maybe Steph, since his 3 point shot is so deadly, or KD / Lebron.

This year, clearly even less effective and enamored with it. It should not be surprising that he'd want more energy and flow to the offense.

In fact, the ISO stand alone offense just won't be beloved by all-nba type talent. Role players should like it. Even if they don't love it, it's open shots and less decision making and if they embrace that it should be good for their games. See Tucker, Ariza, Clint, etc.

As I've said in many threads this offseason, the half-court offense needs to be adjusted 30ish%.

    I hear you.

It is unfortunate that everyone is missing a little something.

    Fertitta lacks honesty and vision.
Morey lacks humility and the ability to admit that he has been wrong.
Mike lacks well, grit and toughness and luck.

Jeff does not lack anything, he is gone.

You know about the flaws of the roster......

    Do wut now?

Game 7 2017 at home. Craptacular game. They went home.

Didn’t go any further down the game log rabbit hole, but I’d bet it’s not the only one.

Nothing will ever beat taking a massive **** on the court in front of your home fans and Travis Scott against the Spurs. Nothing.
