Great team effort, team needed it, everybody stepped up tonight. It’s the only way we can get the championship

I was thinking the Root Sports coverage was over in the playoffs. I called my son to talk about how bad the announcers were and he asked why I wasn't watching it on Root Sports. I immediately switched. I will not make that mistake again although the TNT announcers have been good so far.

My son doesn't get Root Sports so he was stuck with the terrible ESPN coverage. I am glad DirectTV got the rights from Comcast a few years back. I live in the Beaumont area where there was absolutely no legal way to watch games that were not on one of the networks. We were too close to be able to watch on League Pass and since we were a Time Warner area and they never worked out a deal for the network, I was stuck with crappy illegal streams for a few years. I have thoroughly enjoyed having full access through Direct TV.

Slipping down to 4th seed was truly a blessing.

Jazz have no answers for the Rockets.

Thanks to the Kings and Wolves for choking on the final day of the season.

Mitchell is probably missing 18 shots per game in the series so far :D

You are man. No player is perfect. It's just the truth. Every player has lapses during the game. After all, they aren't robots, they are humans with emotions. Harden was pretty frustrated at the way the game was being called. He was being hacked and the refs were swallowing his whistles. I was mad at him when he didn't get back on D on those few calls he complained, but regardless, he was playing really hard out there.

    Mauer and 2 lackies

Better than Foster, marginally better than Brothers, but same wavelength type of reffing

Mauer. Another hired Hand for Silver. Mauer is bad, but Rockets can get wins on him.

What makes me laugh is Mitchell was like 5/6 or something at the start. He literally lost them that game after starting the game really well.

Harden on the other hand started the game really badly but finished the game amazing. He hit the most important shots. The sign of an MVP.

True, because the refs tied his (and CP's) hands with fouls.
BUT, consider this. James scored 14 points in crunch time (4th Q). EASILY the difference in the game.
Had he 'tried' to play D and body up on Mitchell we all know he would have fouled out based on these refs.
Good thing he stayed in the game. In spite of his 'matador' defense on Mitchell, the MVP still prevailed.

Mauer strikes me as the kind of guy that just likes ****ing with people .

I saw CP3 and him talking at one point late in the game . Maybe point god convinced him it would be funnier to **** over the jazz than the rockets
