Giannis' double-double leads Bucks to win vs. Rockets So the directive of this title is a campaign for Giannis, Because Hardon had a double-double too. He almost had a triple double if his team mates had hit a few of their shots. (23 pts, 10 rebounds, 7 assists.) ESPN could have also used this headlined but the directive would have been in Harden's favor...Bucks beat Rockets, Harden's double-double wasn't enough to win. Wow, always amazed how the media continuously manipulates public opinion.
I’d hope the voters watch more games than headlines, but I think we both know that’s probably not happening. In any case, who cares, he won it last year. I’m sure if you gave him truth serum, he’d tell you he’d trade a second MVP for a ring. And I’m sure majority of Rocket fans would agree.
Not really. It's a misleading title. It states he lead to victory, when in fact he didn't even have their most points. Heck, he only shot 46.7% from the field, which is well below his average.
Yes indeed Harden need to get the chip then they will want him for MVP again. He has got to beat these Dudes. The deck was stacked against Dream the same way. Back in the Day David Robinson was far more dominant than Dream according to public opinion until he commited serial series basketball homicide on him than the narrative changed. James has got to go after these guys in the playoffs
I remembered that too. I agree, the only problem Harden won't see them present the trophy in front of him while they are getting ready to play them. It drove Dream to show everyone he was the best in the WCF and the NBA. The Dream played like he was possessed...poor Robinson didn't know what hit him.
I watched a ESPN highlight clip promoting sportscenter, clip included two Giannis dunks and Harden getting block from two different angles. Immediately turned the channel. The nephews who work at ESPN hate Harden. Always have.
I actually think it's a bit of stretch to say he led them. Seems like most of the big runs were sparked by Buck's role players, and ESPN themselves has Bledsoe listed as the top performer on their game summary. But yeah, he did have a double-double and they did win, so it's mostly matter of fact.
Lol fans can be whiny b****es. It’s true. Harden will get the same headlines even if it was another player who was more of a leader. Bledsoe was the MVP of this game.
Is this seriously a thread? Seriously you believe they should of called out the accolades of the losing teams star player who had a miserable game shooting? I mean are you guys really so snowflake? It's so old on here with the media conspiracies. Y'all sound like our prez.
