    They are fouling him. Retired NBA refs have said he is being fouled. The league has looked into it several times. He is incredibly strong, skilled and deceptive so he draws fouls.

    You have to play basketball to know the opponent can hit the ball while it is in your hands or after it leaves and still have it go in. That clearly qualifies as a shot and a rebound.

    Look It was a lesson learned again that if you don't come out with your A game you will get beat.

    The Rockets loss the game from the free throw line.and giving up the boards but the real thing is this if we give anyone an opportunity to beat us the Whistle is not going to help us. A .1 second call proves what i have been saying all along about the REFS and the League. Its all RIGGED.

    It was a long game, so there's more room to blame others. Clint #1 was a boy out there against Jonus AND Noah. MDA #2 playing "emergency" Nene when Jonus sits out - THE WORST in-game coach. Our defensive rotations were off for the first 3 qtrs - culprits: Rivers, Green, Tucker, House. Lazy passes by CP and Green. Refs - BLIND AS A BAT tonight. Jason Phillips - LAZY for calling the game like that - should be suspended for negating the entire experience of watching.

    You dun have to play ball to know that. Just have to review it enough.

    I was talking about ppl blaming it excessively on one player. The only real big we have who has done it all in most games.

    Harden literally (you used the word incorrectly) had to change his style of play due to the NBA literally making a rule to STOP HIM SHOOTING FREE THROWS. Literally.

    whatever...I'm not trying to make excuses...and the definition of a rebound is not the point here...

    there is definitely a difference in turning and boxing out for a rebound that doesn't actually ... you know ... re-bound off something. Airballs are completely different animals.

    JV followed the ball with his eyes, and Capela didn't. But I could totally see myself turning to the rim like Capela did and look for the rebound...not an airball.
