When was the last time Harden has played this poorly and been this inefficient offensively for this long of a stretch? His season averages are declining by the game. over his last 5 games he’s averaging 28 ppg on 37% from the field and 25% from 3...over his last 10 he’s at 41% from the field and under 30% from deep How long is he gonna keep trying to fight through whatever is bothering him? He’s shooting like Westbrook now with the only difference being that Russ doesn’t take as many threes. I love Harden, but this has been hard to watch at times.
James Harden would rather not discuss the soreness he's dealing with in his neck and right wrist. "I'm all right," he said, but his individual efficiency has dipped significantly in March (47.0 effective field goal percentage and 53.6 true shooting percentage, both by far his lowest in a month this season). Nevertheless, the Rockets are rolling, outscoring opponents by 10 points per 100 possessions with Harden on the floor in March, by far his best net rating in a month this season.
Harden with a 28 or 29% usage rate...I can’t even imagine lol Harden was having the most efficient season of his career in Houston by a slight margin with this ridiculous 40% usage rate until this recent stretch of poor play caused his TS% to “dip” to 61%
By the time next season ends if Harden stays healthy he should have around the same total points as David Robinson and George Gervin. He has a decent chance in finishing top 10 all-time. Just need a championship James and you will be up there with any other SG in the history of the NBA.
Someone at ESPN doesn't know how to alphabetize...I'm sure it's just an honest mistake. But hey, lest put Harden sixth in the list since it matches the # of times he's done it!
In what world do people respect accomplishment, put the guy that did it 6 times that low on the list? Alphabetical is not acceptable when one guy did it 6 times to everyone else's once.
That post has media conspiracy written all over it. Coming from ESPN, it's no surprise how they do these graphics.
