    And you do have access to his financials? Lol no, not everyone uses this amount of debt to buy a team with his levels of cash. Yes, NOI does matter when trying to refinance and meet debt covenants of loans. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

    So instead of cost cutting moves right and left it's because we did did resign Ariza and did not offer the MLE to House.

    Make up your mind.

    You have no idea what it would have actually taken to lock up House for future years and you have no idea what it will take ultimately and we still have his RFA rights.

    Like I said you are skewing everything to fit your narrative, you can't comment on reneged deals but you can tell create a fact pattern without knowing what we offered to buyouts or House.

    How does that work?

    What exactly is his amount of debt and cash levels?

    Mavs got ugly logo as well. It’s just I feel their in arena stuff and accessibility to the people and truely their PR team is A1. I’m still waiting for Tilman to improve this part. He’s trying with the first shot and crap like that. But he needs to do more. Maybe a tailgating type thing. Buses from a certain radius around town which are discounted which drive houstonians to downtown cheaper than an Uber so they can drink and enjoy more in games so they don’t have to think about driving?

    More drinking = more loud arenas

    I know someone who is an Uber Eats delivery driver, and he has mentioned it due to his relationship with Landry's Restaurants.

    Hopefully we win the title and Tilman decides to sell the team while it’s value is at its highest.This guy was not cut out to be a sports team owner. He is better suited at casinos and hotels where he can penny pinch. With a sports team you have to spend to win

    Have you read this thread at all? He just locked up our great GM to an extension, who wants to lock up our great coach to an extension. The team is in great position to win the championship. THE ROCKETS ALWAYS STAY BELOW THE TAX! :mad:
