I wonder what the Bengals are asking for John Ross? Hard to imagine getting more than a 4th for him. I’d definitely give our 5th for him..Perfect Fuller insurance

I don't have time to read all 35 pages of this thread, so i'll just ask.

Are the Texans going after Earl Thomas?

We need a safety. He's an elite safety. He's from Texas. Seems like a match.

I can think of one - Colts are better than us and have over 100 mill in cap.
Rest assured they will not sit on their hands - what are we going to do to try to overtake them?

Good thing that Trent Brown is available in FA and this OL class is considered really good and deep.

Yeah right, you would turn down 15 mil per year. LOL

Not every player is an idiot like Bell,

First and foremost, they need to add OL in both FA and the draft to better protect DW4 as well as helping the defense by keeping them off of the field and well rested. Pluss adding a WR/RB to give DW4 more weapons wouldn't hurt a thing either.

Yes they need CB's and Gaine has the resources to fix that position as well. I would add a DT that can get pressure as more of a need than OLB. Although I like Jelks alot.

colts RB is actually pretty good already. If I were watching out for them it'd be cause they might trade for Antonio Brown

"It’s certainly an option. It’s not the priority, but it’s certainly an option." – #Texans GM Brian Gaine on using the franchise tag. @KPRC2

    — Adam Wexler (@KPRC2AdamW) February 28, 2019

Brian Gaine straight forward with Lamar Miller being the starter heading into 2019. #Texans

    — patrick (@PatDStat) February 28, 2019

Gaine not ready to give up on Aaron Colvin. Cites his down season in 2018 was from his ankle injury and coming back from it too early. #Texans

    — patrick (@PatDStat) February 28, 2019

Gaine calls Martinas Rankin an offensive lineman. Said he will be a "2-hole" guy. Which means he will be the first up if something happens to the starters. Said he will have a chance heading into 2019. #Texans

"We are hopeful he can be part of the future but we have decisions to make…" "https://twitter.com/hashtag/Texans?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc^tfw">#Texans GM Brian Gaine on CB Kevin Johnson. #Texans

4 years later they continue to hammer this versatility crap with the O-line. It's a recipe for disaster.

We’re optimistic that Foreman will return to full health."-#Texans GM Brian Gaine on RB D’Onta Foreman, who rehabbed in 2018 from an Achilles injury.

    — Drew Dougherty (@DoughertyDrew) February 28, 2019

Gaine likes the offensive tackle coming in the draft over the free agent offensive tackle class. #Texans

    — patrick (@PatDStat) February 28, 2019

Brian Gaine with some interesting tidbits on the #Texans OT:
    - Houston expects Seantrel Henderson will be its starting RT
    - He hopes for "greater dividends" from Julién Davenport in Year 3

    — Aaron Reiss (@aaronjreiss) February 28, 2019

Gaine says that they want a RB by committee but called Lamar Miller a 3-down back and optimistic on Foreman’s return to full health for 2019. #Texans

I'm sure it has nothing to do with say paying Andre Dillard is much cheaper than say Trent Brown.
