Yes, Brandon Knight to Cavs. Trade 2 Firsts to Clippers for Tobias Harris. Harris payroll 14.8 million similar to Knight.
I was frustrated with doubling down on it when they knew it was past done....there's no way they didn't because other than Mark Eaton there was no historical precedent for men at that size giving you meaningful minutes past 30. Yao was done at 28. Les ended up working with Chinese officials to create a kickass wine business. Exporting wine to China with smiles and winks from one of the most corrupt governments in the world. Hey, good for him, I guess. As a Rockets fan, that didn't really move the needle for me. I didn't get to share in those profits. And with revenue sharing, the Yao popularity didn't mean much more for the Rockets than it meant for any other team in the NBA.
Morey been overselling and underdelivering a lot lately Harden’s prime is being wasted right before our eyes Still, how easy would it be to get somebody who’s actually better than him?
There's arguably no one better in the league than James Harden. I mean that very sincerely. You could rewrite you entire post in 1992 talking about Hakeem Olajuwon and it would sound better then because at least we aren't talking about Harden dogging a season faking an injury.
He is a decent GM. Not the best but he is decent. Did well to get under the tax this year but sadly I think we will end up wasting Harden in his prime. Last year was the shot man
Ujiri, Ainge, Jerry West, Pop, Bob Myers, Bucks GM, and Sam Presti all have arguments. Morey's not even in the top 5 if we are being honest.
lol Bucks GM gets it right for one year. Presti gave us Harden for basically nothing.......Pop is not a GM Morey is top 5 easily. His Harden trade was a thing of beauty and he has rebuilt without bottoming out
Presti drafted Harden, Westbrook, KD, Stephen Adams and has found gems like Ferguson, Roberson, managed to convince Paul George to re-sign as well. In the last decade OKC has had more success than Houston. Buck GM is brand new that is true but he's off to a great start. Pop is not a GM officially but he dictates the roster decisions along with their GM. Pop is a proven champion.
I do think if the rockets go out in the first round this year then MDA and DM might be out . Tilman will want a scapegoat to cover for his LT decision
