Whatever Daryl. Save it for Harden's exit interview.

"(House is) somebody we think would be good to work something out with, but you have to work out a contract with him," Moray said.

Guess the writer is a CF member??

The Rivers and Faried signings have been pretty solid.

Right now you have the option of doing nothing or rolling the dice on another player of that caliber.

    Definitely worth complaining about.

"We got 2 great minimum signings" sounds like the kind of thing Demps told Anthony Davis.

"Clint we can only play you 20 minutes a game to stay under the luxury tax border. Make sure you only hit one of two free throws for the rest of the season and we can sign House, and two other minimum contract players to compete against the Warriors in the WCF. It's important to us that you don't hit your bonus incentives for this season."

    This is sarcasm, not insight.

Is the possibility of adding another player to this team that disappointing?

Morey is all about buyout szn. His reputation precedes him. He’s probably been blacklisted by opposing GMs for a few years now. They quiver with fear when they see “Daryl Morey” on the caller ID, or more likely, in the DM

    Buyout Guys That Are Taken
    Wayne Ellington
    Wes Matthews

    Buyout Guys That Are Available
    Marcin Gortat
    Enes Kanter
    Markieff Morris
    Robin Lopez

Buyout Guys That could Conceivably become available (but it's unlikely)
Deandre Jordan (reporting he wants to stay in NYC)
Garret Temple and JaMychal Green (if Clips lose a ton before buyout deadline, maybe?)
Trevor Ariza (says he wants to re-sign with Wizards, so probably not)
Jeff Green (says he wants to re-sign with Wizards, so probably not)
Jeremy Lin and Dedmon (Atlanta still says they want to hold onto these guys, so probably not...)
Julius Randle (no reporting that this is a possibility, but maybe?)
Justin Holiday (Memphis would look too dumb)

House is a fringe NBA player who was on a good streak. I like the guy but damn, y'all act like he is a future NBA all-star. He is more like Juaquin Hawkins who filled a role for us for one year.

If I were having a godly historic season and the team decided to cut salary and are now touting the addition of maybe a buyout candidate, yes that would be very disappointing to me.

We know how this works. This can very well end in not getting anyone of significant value. They are flipping a coin here. This is not the best we could do. The best we could do is start the repeater tax clock now and match the Warriors spending by taking on salaries and betting on playoff windfall offsetting at least a significant portion of the tax payments. If you win it all, the profit will take care of the repeater tax. If you don't, you cut salary.

Markieff makes the most sense since hes injured and teams will stay away fro him but also fits Tilmans bill cause he becomes cheaper and cheaper the longer we wait.

    Pretty spot on.

I do think shumpert is going to help a lot, but I think they clearly didn’t go all out and get the best collection of talent they could have.

You forgot Wilson Chandler. He is hurt though. He is likely to be out for 2 weeks due to a quad strain injury. But I'll take him if he can be healthy in two weeks.
