I think even more than shooting, Harden works well with scrappy players. Shump, Faried and PJ energy is an intriguing one.
And he has been playing great this year, not the best 3D player available in the market, but better in almost every aspect than last year's Luc Mbah Moute IMO.
Yes, I am definitely using this forum for therapy right now. I haven't posted in ages, but this trade is just miserable, and I am getting that misery out of my system onto the chat board. But that doesn't mean I'm irrational. We have discovered definitively that the concerns about the team's new owner are valid. The guy doesn't want to pay taxes, so he misuses precious assets to cut his bill instead of trying to improve the team without regard for cost. That sucks.
We basically gave up a Lottery Protected 2019 First Rd Pick and 2 of our bench players (who was not part of the rotation) for a decent 3 and D wing player. Iman Shumpert can help us defensively or we maybe able to flip him with a second round pick or a heavily protected first round pick for a player like Mirotic before the Trade Deadline tomorrow.
