I have another idea to get a 2nd round draft pick. We trade a 5th round pick to jags for their 2nd round pick and bortles. We help.them with a salary dump and we get a 2nd round pick. Hey we did it with Brock. Then bortles could be our back up qb.
I would like to do BPA in the 1st. Whatever position that may be. But I am definitely down with getting linemen in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Trayvon Mullen just declared for the draft. Wouldn't hurt to have another one of Clemson's paws on the squad. Would any of you guys give him a first round grade? Or could he be had later in the draft? I do realize he's coming off a CFC Defensive MVP award performance but I haven't watched much of his play this past season other than that title game.
I wish Kyler Murray the best but teams are going to be terrified to draft him after height/weight at the combine. 5''9"' 190lbs maybe? I get Russell Wilson has changed the expectation but not that much.
Welp, the newly signed HC of the team with the 1st overall pick stated that he would draft him, without a doubt, 1st overall. So there's that.
Ya guessing we’ll get the Russell Wilson comparisons and they’re actually pretty close. Smart, undersized, mobile QBs that can put the ball anywhere they want. But 2 inches and 25-30 lbs is a big difference. The QB class (actually the entire draft) lacks the star power we’ve seen the past few years and Murray would certainly be the most exciting player available. Can see someone taking a flyer in the first, Gruden maybe?
Seen a mock where dexter lawerence fell to 30....would anybody be oppose to drafting him if he fell hard. We still have to 2nds for OL and CB
I decided to go back to back OL as well but I moved back up in the 2nd to take Cody Ford. If I reran it I'd probably wait for Ford to drop and keep those picks from the same KC trade you took. My best pick was probably Irv Smith Jr. in the 3rd as the Patriots selected right behind us and took TE CJ Conrad out of Kentucky. Spoiler I tried again and may have done worse this time around. Spoiler
Started off really weak, but I think the end of the draft seemed good... Doubt he falls that far barring another failed drug test. But it would depend what OL/CB is available at #23. DJ Reader has been really good for us so the question is how much of a net gain would Lawrence be.
The more I look into this draft the more I see it being a pretty good one for offensive linemen. I've noticed there a few standouts from last year's draft who went back to school. I mention Kaleb McGary, but there is also Connor McGovern and Martez Ivey. All three were top 2 round picks last Year but will probably go in the mid rounds this year.
