I am not saying the Wizards make that move. And I think most people dont have high hopes for Chriss. But it only takes one team to think they can "turn him into a player."

My post was just to say from the Rockets perspective I would make the move and that the move works salarywise. ;)

Anyone at this point would be nice. Bazemore would be great for our switching defense. Otto Porter would be great for 3 and D. Courtney Lee would be great for 3 and D. Who else might be available?

Not a fan of moving the 1st rounder to get Marvin (old) and Willy or Morris and Satoransky even if i like them more. I'd take the Bazemore trade all day since we wouldn't lose a pick (unless i missed this).

The problem is i have a hard time thinking this can happen since the Hawks asked for a 1st rounder and Melton in order to swap Bazemore with Ryan few months ago, why would they be ok with swapping Bazemore with another Ryan Anderson without even getting back Melton and a pick? I just don't see it without at least a 1st rounder.

Please don't get Otto or Bazemore. It costs Tilman additional $80 million tax.

Marvin has a shoulder injury too. Knight plus Zhou and a low 2nd rounder would be as far as I could go him,if he was fit. I would pass up on him now. No more injured players please, Morey. Otto's contract is too big, but he would be a good 4/3. Markieff's contract is very reasonable at 8 M. He has an expiring contract, but he could be flipped at the February deadline.

Having Marvin Williams and CP3 on the same team would be kind of funny considering nobody has ever let Marvin forget the Hawks passed on CP3 and Deron Williams to take him.

Knight's contract is 14.6 M this year and 15.6M next year. His contract might be acceptable along with a couple of 1st rounders to a team who has a player on a longer contract and ideally not near the luxury tax. I never said someone would take him for a second round pick. Most posters I believe realize that, as their expectations for him are quiet low.

    Nope.

It has to do with him being a mental midget on the court and shrinking under pressure. He is a soft player. For example, Peja was a mega mental midget during playoffs.

Also, I should add, it was worrisome how emotional and personal he got with the trade. He should understand that it is a business and not a marriage. He expected loyalty from the Raptors throughout his career?? Especially after he keeps choking in the playoffs? These are warning signs that he is not mature emotionally.
