    Have you looked at our roster? I’ll take a guy who can finish, has some ball skills, and who rebounds and plays defense over someone like Gerald Green who actually should be on a couch this season.

    Terrible start of the season.
    the team look lost.
    In defense we gave easy switchs. Harden or CP ends on Davis.
    They destroy us.
    Only Gordon play with pride.

    i think its pretty much a wash. but for this system mcw isn't doing anything if he isn't a respectable threat.

    I agree it’s not ideal to have him catch the ball at the 3 point line but I would argue he brings enough to the team that he should be getting minutes. He actually plays with pace and can dribble, whereas I don’t think Green had one positive impact play tonight, which is basically what I’ve come to expect from him.

    First game. Give Pels some cred, they played very well tonight. They are no slouch.

    It is going to take some time for this new group to mesh. It took time last season too, don't forget. Season is not over and it's nobody's fault. We missed a lot of layups and put back early on. Just got off to a slow start tonight.

    I do think they were playing the wrong D (or just bad D haha) to begin the game. Doubling Davis and bad rotations killed us. C'mon Roy Rogers you gotta make adjustments maaaaan.

    The fact is this offseason the Rockets lost a starting caliber SF and did not acquire a starting caliber SF to replace him. That's an issue. Also I don't understand why Hartenstein didn't play at all. They could have used his energy and size tonight.

    I looked it up, in the first half they gave up 52 pts in his 13 mins, 19 the other 11 with Melo on the bench.
