Texans win despite Watson, O'Brien, and this offensive line. Thanks Nathan Peterman. I knew you'd hrow some picks.
Any time you can win a game despite your franchise QB playing like an absolute scrub, you take it. Hopefully Watson is healthier and performs much better next week.
Best thing about this game is Texans get the win but BOB still looks incompetent. BoB can still get fired.. I still believe.
lol It's truth though. Don't make me bring up quotes from several months ago. JJo's problem is speed, or lack thereof. HE is still a smart CB and can still play. Just don't expect him to keep up with Marquis Goodwin
their defense is pretty good. great scrimmage for what they're going to face next week. it's bizarre to me how we can't do any sort of screens. That's how you back off their defense from bringing in five guys on the blitz, on the 1st fumble I counted 6 Buffalo defenders.
The Texans could potentially be tied for first place in the division after tonight's games. LOL, won't happen, but it's funny to think about.
Too weird. There is a team worse than the Texans. Man the backup coughs up 2 picks and one is a pick 6 for the win. Almost happened last game too if you remember. Still if you were betting they did not cover. And this team lost to the Giants and they QB stinks but defense made him look like 2nd coming of Motana. Go figure.
3 wins in a row (now) is 3 wins in a row. If we were 1-5 after this game, or 0-6, then yeah, call it a season and have Watson be 100% before sending him out there, again. But Watson didn't look like a guy with a collapsed lung / fractured ribs. Didn't seem like he was breathing hard or anything, even after scrambling for his life. It's up to the coaching staff to modify the gameplan based on what Watson can and can't do. They need to look at film and incorporate more slants into the playbook, since this OL sucks.
I'm not arguing that in the least. He needs a coach and an OC and and OL to help him with that, that's all I'm saying.
