IMO MHA has been great this year. The first few seasons for the protagonist of any anime are always tough but I think they're doing a fine job with Midoriya, my only gripe was Bakugo's attitude but it seems he's slightly maturing. Anyway the last of episode Tokyo Ghoul:re was spectacular, Spoiler welcome back Ken Kaneki
Just started, Hinamatsuri, and 3 episodes in. Its funny as hell and light. Good change of pace from all the other animes I'm used to. Edit: sorry for the bolding. After copy and pasting the title, I didn't want to fool with the format.
Man Tokyo Ghoul really be tearing at my heart strings. So many different character point of views. Not really sure who to feel bad for.
your post got me to start watching this show, and I think it’s pretty good...just finished S1 reminds me of Parasyte a little bit
Very similar to parasyte. Like parasyte a little more because of the complexity and the questions it brings about what it means to be human.
I love Parasyte, it’s 1 of my top 3 favorite animes...I hate that it was so short I got so many questions after S1 of Tokyo Ghoul, I love the story so far...glad I saw your post lol
Can we talk about Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) season 2. I just finished watching it and it was almost flawless.... Escanor is a bamf. I think it’s incredible that Spoiler an ally becomes stronger than the actual protagonist, Escanor is a brilliantly made character. So are the rest of the sins, Merlin is pretty OP, Ban is an awesome anti hero.
Just saw the first episode of attack on titan. It's gonna get intricate with the story it seems. The new character they introduce seems like a badass, very interesting.
The anime was different in S2 than the manga. S3 went back to the source, so there will be some bits they'll have to glue together. The next season is supposed to be out later this year, and if you like to binge, I'd wait for that to finish before watching S3. I think it's a great story with a lot of twists.
I was disappointed too. The source material is loaded with mind**** after mind**** so I think it's one of those shows to see through. The problem is that it's really the director's choice to emphasize action or slow cook the drama bits for max feels. S3 didn't work for me because it didn't do either well and felt rushed. The manga was so addictive that I binge read the whole thing after I heard S3 was coming up and wanted to catch up on the parts they left out in S2.
I’m tempted to read the manga now just in case somebody considers this to be spoilers Spoiler Rize was such an important character in S1, was kind of put to the side in S2, and then it was like she never even existed in S3...and Kaneki is all of the sudden Sasaki in S3 and they never really go into depth about that...stuff like that bothered me along with the quality of the animation getting worse, but yeah, it’s a pretty interesting story
I decided to check the Hunter x Hunter from the beginning I found the Episodes 1-10 on the YouTubes Interesting to see how different the animation is . . . . Kite looks so different as well. Now I have to look and see how far I have to go to get to the Chain User Storyline Rocket River
I think I am seeing the old version I am seeing there is a version that was remade in 2011 I think that was the one with the update anime style Did they redo the whole series from start to finish? Rocket River
