I'm criticizing you for your "thoughts and prayers" outlook. The reason I bring up Native Americans and white rural America is because they aren't held to the same standards as black folks.

White rural has been in decline for decades, but instead of investing in themselves and adapting, they blame someone else.

And part of that money went towards the disastrous war on drugs that helps exacerbate the poverty cycle by removing fathers from families and producing more felons.

Because your thoughts and prayers outlook is foolish.

 

I want internal improvement along with government assistance that reflects the 21st century.

Black on black violence is a unique problem beyond economics. Rural whites may have economic issues, they dont turn to murder.
