    Do you think he would sign for vet min and if so do you think he would be useful in our system? Seems to have shown some improvement from previously.

    I recall reading our team having reached out to him a few years back about a roster spot following the exhibition match vs his Chinese team. From what I remember, he declined because assurances werent given over minutes and playing time, and I don't think JF is interested in leaving a team in China where he's the MVP for an NBA team where he's on the bench getting 5-10mpg or getting demoted to the G League.

    Fridette has always been an NBA talent, and it's possible that he could have developed into a JJ Reddick type of player for a team if he was patient. It's also possible he would not have gotten the chance and he's certainly made more money and built a bigger brand in China than he ever would in the NBA.

    Unless you are a 3D guy or an all star with a lot of offensive weapons (not just shooting), I don't think that passes Morray's smell test.

    FINALLY!

    I've been waiting for this thread for ALMOST A WEEK, from the moment I saw an article about how Jimmer is burning up some scrub league somewhere this summer.

    I'm disappointed in ClutchFans. Now that we have a 3-star (2.5-star?) team, we've all become slackers.

    And while we're signing Jimmer, how about throwing Adam Morrison a lifeline as well? He's another guy that couldn't make it in the NBA, yet still had CFers drooling over him for a while.
