The 90s Houston Rockets teams who won 2 titles were the most disrespected teams of all time. I doubt @Clutch or ANYONE OF US joined the Bulls site no matter how many times they disrespected us We are secure in our fandom we know where we belong we talk about basketball
@Zboy The greatest Hakeem Olajuwon fans are on this board None of them would join other team's boards because their fans don't think he was great We are not insecure about our favorite player and ultimately ourselves
It's a Lin thread for Rockets fans not a Lin thread for Lin fans For example, if you live in Texas and had to vote for some Texas senator You can't be from Oklahoma and vote in Texas because you don't like a certain Texas senator
I'm not in charge of this site, so you don't need to worry about anything. they have sites for fans of all teams and players like realGM or ESPN , Clutchfans was created for Rockets fans . I'm 100% sure of this.
not that clever of a post there's no real community of Lin fans because they are more like parasites we understand why they are on team boards and not a board full of lin only fans you clearly know why you are here on a rockets board and not to talk about the rockets
FWIW, I have rekindled my Nets fandom. But with Lin, Yao, and Maloney all having worn Rockets Red, Houston does hold a warm place in my heart. And you have been very engaging with me, so I appreciate it.
Says the snowflake that when cannot defend his scrub idol's basketball in a basketball forum of a team Airemy hasn't played for years, resorts to ... but but Lin went to Harvard lol... No one is attacking you honey bun, we are all laughing at you the way we have been for years now. Seriously, have some self respect. If you are going to live vicariously through a basketball player, at least pick a competent one. Sad that you have to run to different team fan forums, not just whatever Airemy fan forum, to defend him every time he gets embarrassed in the league. I admire your dedication but it is for a pathetic cause.
Too much on his plate already. The man "rekindled" his Nets fandom two years ago and is now going to "rekindle" his Hawks membership.
I think I know more about Lin than he ever will Hawks taking a gamble on Lin He crapped out on the Nets
I was a Nets fan from the late 1980s until they punched me in the gut by moving to Brooklyn. But the owner who moved them no longer owns the team. They signed Lin which got me back into them, and now a guy who went to my high school and fellow Ivy Leaguer is buying the team...so it’s an easy choice to rekindle my Nets fandom. On the other hand, I have never been a Hawks fan, though I’ve always enjoyed watching old Dominique Wilkins highlight film. I doubt I will become a fan of their team, tho I will be happy to engage with their fans to talk basketball and Jeremy Lin if they are as enjoyable to talk with as Houston fans are.
I supported Houston when Maloney, Yao and Lin were on the Rockets. And I hoped for the best when the hurricane hit. And yes, I was cheering for them against GSW in the playoffs.
A lot of people here were rooting for Cleveland to beat Golden state Nobody joined the Cavaliers board Nobody joined the clippers board when Cassell and Mobley were playing there We all know why Lin fans join team boards You like to dance around the real reason Cult like trolling
