"The biggest joy for me has been to have the pleasure of watching TP grow up to screw his teammate's wife before our eyes." Somebody deleted a few words in Pop's statement.
won't effect the spurs. now they can upgrade the pg. beverly would be perfect to be their token *******. but not sure he has the light bulb to learn pop's system.
If Leanord leaves what is Popovich going to do? After what he has done and at his age, I do not see him doing a rebuild.
Now comes the leonard to lakers for kuzma, ball, hart and some picks... This and the kyle anderson gone are the first steps... Freeing pg and wing spots...
TP isn't an effective player anymore. His game always relied his on speed and he was already slowing down the last couple of years, Then his injury in 2017 robbed him of what little quickness he had left. TP should of worked harder on developing a consistent 3 point shot like Jason Kidd during the end of his career.
dude's gonna play like 50 games this year for 15 minutes a game and look like crap and then retire. he's basically stealing 10 million dollars (will be 5 million) instead of just ending his career with one team. spurs are an old team though. maybe some younger teammate wives in charlotte.
is it just because he's older and we're reflecting on his career? it feels like mentions of parker and teammates' wives are way up in the last year or so even though whatever happened was a long time ago.
plus he's got team USA now so he'll still have something to do. probably right to just let it all crumble at once for san antonio. crazy we all thought it was crumbling back in like 2010. i don't like the spurs but manu is a guy i respect the hell out of and so i hope he retires. he shouldn't play for another team and he shouldn't go through a rebuild if it happens. insane competitor, there for post-game interviews when things went well or badly, one of the smartest players ever, came off the bench when he didn't have to, always played the right way, swatted down bats like it was nothing. a worthy adversary.
same thing with phoenix and ariza. these teams tired of screwing things up for themselves and spreading the pain?
I never thought that Tony Parker would play on any other team apart from the San Antonio Spurs. It's an end of a era, indeed.
Sooo . . .. . let's check out the pictures of Charlotte player's wives that ole TP gonna try to push up on . . . Rocket River
Why do I suddenly have flashbacks of those Looney Tunes cartoons with Pepe Le Pew trying to date rape all those cats he sets his eyes on?
