I think the Woj one was damage control.

I think Paul probably talked to him for a while, Lebron told him no and Paul respects him and leaves it alone. Paul may have recruited him hard but when Lebron told him it wouldn’t happen he left it alone.

Even if he knows, and I think he knows more than we do, he won't tell now.

Time to go to Plan B very soon and bring in our Lebron stopper and 3rd superstar, Morey needs to start seriously exploring options to acquire Jimmy Butler.

    This team doesn't need Lebron.

They need to get another quality player for Ryan Anderson and some picks.

Run it back with a little better team. They can win.

I bet Presti somehow gets the Lakers to do a S&T to get some kind of assets in return (e.g. Ball, Ingram) even if it means taking on Deng's contract.

Why would the Lakers do that?

Last year everyone was convinced the Celtics would give an asset to Utah for Gordon for some reason.

Lakers would do that to keep their cap situation open for Kawhi for season after next.

They can clear the cap next season. Doing a sign and trade would hard cap them this year and require them to give up an asset.

Why would the Thunder do that? They’ll pay tens of million of luxury tax for what? Ingram? Russ will be so happy with that choice.

Right, it doesn't make sense for either team.

Sounds like a Summer Special for fools. And probably true, such attention seekers.

He obviously went back to cleveland for the fans and the city. Im not saying he loves gilbert lol.

Im saying he owes him enough respect to tell him before he leaves if he decides to leave.

Gilbert and Lebron both looked bad in 2010.

Lebron looked bad when gilbert was never informed and found out about his decision on national tv as we did.

Gilbert looked bad when he wrote a pissy letter.

I know they arent buddy buddy but lebron owes gilbert enough respect to let him know beforehand if he leaves this time.

    couple of random/tangent comments

I heard somebody in the press (didn't recognize or remember his name) say Chris Paul was susceptible to the hamstring injury due to being out of shape. Said Paul was in shape for the Clippers, but not the faster pace of the Rockets or their longer season.

No reason for Lebron to take pitches. It is just time out of his summer. He knows all the teams, all the cities, and there is certainly is no debate about what he will get paid. Touring is just drama and grist for the rumor mill. Look how we teat his school 'visit'. Any team he does not take a pitch from will act all butt hurt. And its not like he needs another iPad.

Obvious, but haven't seen it posted. Haren, Paul and Lebron are three of the best play makers in the league. Makes my pants tight just thinking about them passing to each other or any other scorer. Capella inside or a shooter outside.
