I have issues eating fat drenched potatoes slathered in a fat and cholesterol emulsion.

it might taste great, but I feel unhealthy enough just eating fries. I don't need to compound my guilt and self loathing.

Though I did make a Bearnaise sauce, whoch is basically foofy french mayonase the other night for a grilled NY strip. Fatty red meat with fat sauce is awesome, FYI.

I do love that every time any food thread comes about on this board or another, all the little "foodies" show up and say "blahhblablahh bablahhh" because "blahblahblablah."

I have yet to hear one person say something worthwhile. I'm waiting, and would love to hear it.

lulz. that post is the definition of foodie snob. Or did you actually cut-n-paste a FFB foodie snob post from years ago...can't tell. You both read the same to me in these threads.

I still don't understand how you think grilled onions are not just awesome on a rueben, with some horseradish instead of salad dressing and stuff.

Where exactly is it that they call that basic mixture "fry sauce"? Utah? I think it's Utah.
