Can’t beat the Warriors? Just join 2 other hall of famer and former MVPs in the 65 win team that nearly defeated the Warriors if not with their second best player injured.

If u were Lebron and was chasing the title of GOAT, wouldn’t u be concerned with having another decision of “taking the easy way out” on your resume?

No, it’s the new norm, get used to it until Snakey Sliver slithers up a different plan.

Nope. I would be more concerned about having won 3 championships and lost 5. Coming to Houston and having a chance at winning 2-3 titles sounds pretty good to me.

Who cares. He's a grown man. He can do what he want.

Moses Malone left the Rockets to join the Sixers to win more rings.

Anyone criticize Moses Malone for leaving the Rockets to get more rings with the Sixers and Dr J, Toney, Mo Cheecks, Bobby Jones?

Karl Malone and Gary Payton tried too, but failed. Chuck failed too.

Now you can say they weren't in there prime, but Lebron is 33 years old. That Steroid ain't going to work always

Durant is the foundation of all evil in the NBA as presently constructed... he made a move that will be mocked for decades. And do you think he cares? (Well, aside from his alternate Twitter accounts?)

KD's punk move is what makes this all ok. Add in the fact that GS is going to beat the Cavs again and LBJ coming to Houston is all good to the average fan. The narrative is that he's dragged a roster of nobodies to the finals and already done CLE a solid getting them a championship. He's got to rack up rings now and the only way to do that is do what KD has done and go to a borderline championship team.

The only punk move LBJ could do is go to Boston. And that's just because Kyrie left him to go there already. That would be the ultimate beta move.

houston would still be short an all-star compared to that bullshit KD helped create in the bay, so i don't see how he can be criticized for joining houston to take that squad down. he already took down the pre-KD warriors so he's not scared of them. but having 2 of the top 5 players in the league is overkill for the warriors so others have to adapt.

nope, and that’s all thanks to KD

Where else could he possibly go to get a ring? GS is an all-time great team in terms of talent. They have 4 all stars, 2 of which are MVP caliber players. Lebron is about to get swept or lose in 5 to them. Lebron to Houston is ok because of punk ass KD. The only place Lebron could go to and receive a ton of heat is GS.

No. He's in his mid-30's with nothing left to prove. Time for a career transition with the only team that can take on gs.

Imagine if KD never went to GS. We would have like 7 teams that could all beat each other. OKC, HOU, GS, SA, in the west with up and coming teams like the Pelicans and Utah. Then Cle, Bos, Tor in the east. These playoffs would have been the best in years. But KD decided fk that so now Lebron has no other choice if he wants more rings.

Lebron giving all signal he's coming to the Rockets.

"James has made it clear repeatedly he will not consider his free-agent options until the conclusion of the season. But he said he's at peace with the things he and the franchise have been able to accomplish over the past four seasons since he returned, which has included a championship and now four Finals appearances.

"I've tried to put this franchise at a level that is always seen in a positive light," James said. "From a basketball standpoint, from a social standpoint, from a brand standpoint. I get a lot of the light and the headlines, but I'm one, as long as I'm here playing for this franchise, when you see the Cavaliers, I want you to think of prestige and a great organization."

When Nichols asked if James' relationship with Gilbert would affect his free-agency decision, James said:

    "We're going to see."
