This is pretty much what I expect. OKC will overwhelm their defense 2 games but will lose some decisive games thanks to Westbrook, Melo, or PG going into chuck mode, just like our series with them last year...which plays exactly into what a good defense wants you to do. I also think Gobert will neutralize the threat of Adams.
i don't know his situation now if injured or in the doghouse, etc but i saw their last 2 games against okc and remember him playing really well in both
i remember now. he had season ending knee surgery in january and then just got suspended 5 games for failing the drug test. safe to say hes a non factor
OKC opened -135 to win the series you gonna hammer it @YOLO ? should be insane value if you predict a 5 game series. not sure if i will yet
nice. ill likely be playing okc throughout the series along with the rox. Ive been trying to check on the actual lines all day. haha. im assuming those won't be out until tomorrow for this weekends games
which series are you referring to? tbh i think milw has a legit chance getting passed a injury riddled celtic team.
I got OKC in 6 a rookie being Utah’s #1 option on offense is something I just can’t overlook, and OKC has HCA
Ya jazz are really hot going 29-6 in there last 35 games. That really says something week ago there power ranking was 4th. They have what it takes to beat okc, but it just like there fans say, if they can wear out westbrook, and contain melo, then they might have the series in 7. But i think the thunder were built for the playoffs, they are gonna really show up when it counts, even enough to take the rockets maybe to 7 games, but lets hope not.
I have not been impressed with OKC all year. I don't buy the hype. They are led by 3 guys that have NEVER been winners. However, talent wins in the NBA playoffs. Never thought I would root for Utah, but I am saying OKC in 5 or 6. This should be a fun series to watch though.
I hope Utah wins. They aren't the same dirty team from the 90s. Sloan, Stockton, and Malone are long gone. OKC fans are just the worst. My friends are calling Westbrook the MVP for getting another triple double season, completely ignoring the stat padding and poor defense. Meanwhile, the knock Harden as being a product of the system. I wish they were joking, but unfortunately they are casual fans and are 100% serious. Utah's defense is great, but their offense probably doesn't have enough to get it done. Westbrook and George can really pour it on and I doubt Utah has enough. That's too bad, since Utah is the better matchup for us in the second round IMO.
