Yao Ming played in 3 different offenses and was great in all of them

    1. Rudy T - Small Ball, ISO - Steve Francis
    2. JVG - Tmac/Yao, slow ball
    3. Rick the Ruler - motion ball

I'm sure Tmac is still pissed about Yao's brittle chalk feet. Yao is probably pissed about Tmac's glass back. I wouldn't blame either of them because I was pissed about both and I'm just a fan. I had season tickets during those years and it was just one injury after another. Those years taught me to really appreciate players like Harden who are durable and dependable.

If I was drafting in retrospect I wouldn't pick either one of them. It doesn't matter how good you are when you are sitting on the bench in a suit.

Yes Tmac is an azz in this video.

    With that aside-
His team is MUCH better than Pierce's.
    Duncan, Kobe, Lebron
    vs.
    Garnett, Iverson, Wade

I will do the same if I am T-Mac, Yao was never great in All-Star games. Not his type of game.

Tracy Mcgrady number should not be retired ever, calling out Harden on his defense. A Hypocrite like him who quit on the team many times,on defense and sitting out Huge Playoff games with Yao and Artest playing on the 2009 team 22 game win streak, I really hope we destroy that streak this year.

It's a shame China had to run him to the ground. Those dogs!

Don't forget they each would be part of the team they put together so....

    Duncan, Kobe, Lebron, Tracy
    vs.
    Garnett, Iverson, Wade, Pierce

Fitting image for a guy who always came up short. ;)

    lol....

Looks like Derek Fisher guarding McGrady during the Jazz series and doing a pretty good job of it!

Anyways, McGrady is still bitter that Yao took the team to second round which he never could.

    meh

    *shrugs*

Yao and McGrady were teammates and they’re boys, but I can’t even bring myself to get worked up over this

I would take almost all of those dudes ahead of Yao for the All-Star game if I’m trying to win

stuff like this is why the picks weren’t televised this year

Ha. Give Tmac a break. Who cares about this shiat. A redraft of 2006 allstars? Really. They must run out of stuff to say in ESPN.

ESPN ran out of things to say a long time ago.

I would've picked Yao over that version of Shaq and Iverson, and certainly over McGrady, unless the opposing team was rocking Mehmet Okur, then I would pick him last for sure.

That show is not good compared to TNT where it is more organic and free following in the discussion.

Lol are you serious right now? T-Mac's job right there was to pick out the best possible team with the given players. Lets be real here. No one in 2006 would've picked Yao over Duncan, KG, LeBron, Shaq, Kobe, Wade, etc. I loved Yao but he wasn't better than any of them. Yet a bunch of Rockets fans here are calling Tracy a punk and saying he's fake when all he did was pick the best team possible. Not only that, but he's said nothing but good things about the Rockets all year and all of a sudden these "fans" wanna turn on him. Pathetic

I don't mind Mac not picking Yao. Yao is not built for the all-star game lol.

But damn man. He completely disrespected him there.

Agreed about China making him play too much in the offseason, but we are the ones who pushed him to bulk up to go against Shaq. His feet might have held up if he stayed light and didn't play Chinese ball in the summer.

You crazy, 2006 was Prime Yao (25/10). I'd easily take him over Duncan and Shaq.

I'm not disputing what TMac did. Just that you're calling out people for "being too sensitive" when you yourself were being sensitive as well.
