    Was my initial reaction, but after thinking about it Nance and Clarkson give Cleveland a better chance to win than the IT we saw this year

    With this trade I doubt LeBron goes to Lakers for sure now in offseason now with IT there lol.

    But really, if Lebron is gone, what's the point of trading a 1st rounder to get Clarkson and Nance? Smh Cavs...

    Nets pick will be top 10. That's not good enough for a top 10 NBA player (first year I can say that about Kyrie). Not ignoring it. It's still an awful trade.

    Yes. It's a move by the Lakers to clear even more cap space this summer. No way are they resigning Thomas or Frye. I don't know if LeBron will go there regardless since he and another free agent(Paul George?) would eat up almost all of that caproom and the rest of the roster might not be enough to compete with the Warriors or Rockets. But it gives the Lakers a better shot at LeBron now than they had 24 hours ago. It's almost as if the Cavs are pushing the guy out the door with this move, cuz I don't see Clarkson and Nance making much of a difference. Getting rid of Thomas will probably be the biggest factor in the Cavs' postseason prospects going forward.

    Man the Cavs got worked. They gave up a pick and got two guys who are pretty good and young but dont really puts you back in contention. Lakers now have the space to sign LeBron this summer and others. This is actually comical in a lot of ways this whole deal.

    Like I feel bad for IT after whats he has been through but man the dude opens his mouth a lot and while he is good he isnt the same player anymore after the injury

    But Ty Lawson wasn't an MVP candidate the year before, and IT's miserable offense combined with his pathetic defense mad him unplayable this season. I'd say their falls were pretty similar in magnitude

    Yeah, LeBron leaves for the Lakers and they get nothing in return, or they can SnT him to Houston. I prefer the latter.

    If the Lakers can get rid of Deng's contract with a late first rounder than Morey will get rid of Anderson easy this summer.
