    I believe this game wouldn't have been very close if we had seen
    MORE Green and LESS Gordo. 0 fer 7 from 3 for Gordo. His shot is broken.

    I believe Green would have been firing as well, but with more success.
    Green can surely attack the rim better than Gordo too.
    Disappointed Green didn't get any run tonight

    WTF? Do you think Westbrook was the best scorer last season? At the end of the day he averaged most points per game, did he not? Yeah efficiency matters, even more so than sheer quantity.

    Also, there's eye test. Harden drives are mostly straight line and sometimes even I can anticipate him getting easily blocked. LeBron is similar, but way bigger and athletic, so it's much more difficult to guard him. Kyrie and Steph are just more dynamic at the rim (a lot of zig-zags and body contortions.) Oh I also forgot to mention Giannis, who is just one-man wrecking crew.

    Harden is doing his best with his subpar physical tools. I actually laud him for that. But his physical limitations are real, and sometimes it can be very difficult to overcome.

    I disagree. James is an AMAZING finisher at the rim.
    I've been amazed how many times he gets contact with someone draped on him
    and still makes the bucket. Especially from the left side (left handed)

    you can think that, but numbers suggest he's not the best finisher at the rim

    LOL harden is a superior scorer & driver efficiency wise compared to WB.. don't even lump them together

    harden by himself 55 wins.. wb by himself 47 wins

    LOL Kyrie, Stephm & Giannis and their drives wouldn't have took rockets to 50 games last season

    LOL at eyetest there's a reason why harden is fouled the most off drives not the other way aound.. he has superior court vision and superiorly skilled at dodging defenders.. not simply running a straight line and bullying thru them.. if that's the case he'll be fouled out everygame..

    stop being nit picky and crying about harden's 50% fg off drives.. its a product of producing 60% of this teams offense..
    curry is just 2% better.. but he drives 1/3 less and scores 1/3 less as well

    you truly think kyrie, steph, & giannis by themselves on the rockets could have drove as much as harden at the same time maintain that efficiency? yeah they can drive 18 times like harden and around the same efficiency as harden but definitely less wins

    Great game. Anyone else think James Johnson is an interesting player? I like his skillset and think he plays with a nice pace. Not sure he’d fit great here, but still an interesting player to me.

    so you're making the same argument that Westbrook fans made last season? basically apologizing for low efficiency because he's taking more shots? (and carrying more burden?)

    and what's with all the ifs and hypotheticals? are you living in some kind of alternate universe where you can prove how things would unfold in a different situation? did you run some kind of experiment?

    the fact is Harden's efficiency at the rim is is lower than LeBron, Kyrie, Steph, and Giannis.

    WB fans apologized for his low efficiency because 1. he takes many shots 2. and carrys heavy burden.

    which is exactly what your'e doing here wrt Harden

    Who cares if he's not the absolute BEST finisher? Get a life
    So he's what, #3? or what? What's your point?

    He's pretty great and us real Rockets fans will take it.
    How about we enjoy the win and quit nitpicking over James' prowess at the rim?

    Do you think Harden is the best 3PT shooter in the league? I must be a hater if I don't admit Harden is the best 3PT shooter ever right? Oh wait, is Harden the BEST at EVERYTING in baksetball? I didn't know that. My bad.

    wb 47 wins
    harden 55 wins

    harden = true mvp
    wb=fake mvp

    stop putting them in the same sentence

    if lebron, curry, or kd was on the rockets he'll be less efficient

    if harden was on gsw he'll be more efficient
