    Hell TMac would have got out of the first round if we didn't play freaking dirty j*zz for two first round series.
    Same thing happened to PHX...ran into the spurs and never made it to the finals.
    Or on the eastern conf side..pacers ran into lebron..

    And dare I bring up MJ was out the two years we won it?

    If Dwight didn't injure his knee in game 1, we would have beaten them. That was like the last hurrah of his career, like Clyde in 95, where the real Dwight existed. He missed the rest of that game, and was rigid (playing injured) from there on out.

    Just because you live in Houston and got season tickets don’t make you a fan.

    I’m sorry Arby’s management relocated you from Dallas to Houston. I would have preferred you stayed.

    The team performed worse defensively than many, including myself, thought without James.

    So the question is, "how does James tangibly help the defense when he plays while seemingly giving poor/ineffective effort at times?"

    - For one, his FTs allow the defense being set more often.

    - He gambles for steals, BUT, sometimes it works out. He's ranked 10th in that category.

    - He plays decent face-up defense in the paint.

    - He's above average rebounding for his position.


    Perhaps his teammates play harder because he's helping them get shots.

    Harden has been "winning" since he got here. Everybody plays harder when they believe their effort is being rewarded.
