Trump would have immediately tweeted a denial yesterday if he was misquoted. That he waited until today morning to deny it, and only after being criticized about it on Fox, says it all. We pretty much know this guy is the most prolific liar in US politics, maybe ever, so its not a surprise.
"I have a wonderful relationship with Haitians." ... Ahahahahahaha! ... HAHAHAHAHAHA! Joke in Chief. He should just have a built in rim-shot for each outrageous lie that farts out of that mouth.
So your say he has the right to say the things he say using the platform he has but football players don't have that same right to use the platform that they have .
Who does he have a better relationship with? SHole Haitians or short, fat Little Rocket Man from North Korea?
I have read two rebuttals (sort of) correcting Trump's claim about the status of the countries mentioned. I don't think either one was meant to be taken seriously. So, at least we all agree on one thing.
the immigrant piece is wrong but you can't have it both ways. you can't have strict immigration and work permit laws and yet say there is no such thing as shithole countries. i'll say it again, such a stupid thing to say but our immigration laws and work permit laws essentially say the same thing in a legal and more pc way.
well that's because all the shitty people are here illegally leaving only the great people left amirite?
Good to know he only thinks African countries are shitholes. I mean people can dance all they want to around the realities of who this man is, but most people who are being honest can admit that he has some pretty strong white nationalism echoing between his ears.
trump is immature, rude, and has terrible manners but he's also right. i mean there are some really shithole countries around the world. hell there is some shithole areas in good ole us and a and some really shithole areas in houston too. we've talked about them before (brazil wc threads, mexico travel threads, etc...) on cf.net but nobody accused anyone of being racist or anything crazy like that.
I don't get it, Osama bin Laden wasn't a real enemy? We made him up? I agree that anger of 9/11 helped sell an unnecessary war with Iraq, but I didn't realize "everyone with a brain" knew that Bin Laden, the Taliban and Al Qaeda weren't enemies of the United States.
Was trapper in the meeting NO so his twisting of the word will not work he is always defending this *sshole.
He's not right to question accepting peaceful immigrants who want to come here from struggling countries. He's also not right to speak that way as our chief national figurehead. Whether or not some countries in Africa deserve to be called "shitholes" is a useless debate and hardly the point, to this American. Once again, 45 proving he is an accurate representation of America at its worst. Period.
