how is it silly when the guy thinks he never commits a penalty and yet all he does is illegal defending. that's a terrible reflection on his coach because his coach was not able to get him to defend properly. i mean the guy thinks (based on his reactions) he's defending with proper technique. i'm telling you that looks bad for a position coach. the other guys were bad because they lost talent and they got old and you don't fire a coach because of talent or aging. that's why your take is wrong and my take is right.

You don't really think BoB fired Butler because of how one player reacts to penalties right?

C'mon follow please. Not the reaction but the technique itself. The reaction was merely demonstrating that the shitty player thinks his technique is correct. Add that to the fact that his technique never improved and that's how you get a man fired. Now I blame the player for being an idiot and not learning but you can't fire players. That's why I said, the kid better fix his **** or he'll be next because he's got one year left.

Texans Radio said PFF ranked Bouye 5th best CB in the NFL this season.

Thank goodness we still have JJo, Kareem, and Cushing though. Trill franchise representatives.

Wonder what the Browns would take for Josh Gordon?

Brandon Brooks was the 3rd Best guard
Ben Jones was a top 10 center

Who cares what the players think? I completely agree on technique, penalties, improvement, etc...but you make it seem that Kevin Johnson was the only one with issues and furthermore that his reactions were a big reason why Butler got canned. That's simply not the case. Our passing defense was one of the worst in the entire league and guys like JJo, Kareem, Hal, Gilchrist, and Pleasant on top of Kevin Johnson were all individually and as a unit, horrible. Not sure how you could have watched games this season and pin it all one on player.

Hypothetical question: so if the Texans signed AJ and he was disgruntled; would you all be upset if the Texans were able to get a 3rd pick for him in a trade?

    They weren't trill enough.

Thankfully, our center gets IR'd every year.

He was with the Texans. I'm glad he's doing well, but him doing well now won't change the past....even if you want it to.

yes because they lack talent or they got old and that is never on a coach. however johnson is neither old nor untalented, his issues are technique so that's why it's HIS fault his coach got fire.

Probably the best move the organization has ever done.

O'Brien didn't like Brandon Brooks and Ben Jones! You can thank him for that.

You're right, that's on the GM. Not sure what to say if you actually think BoB fired him because Kevin Johnson alone had bad technique this season. Ridiculous take.

Trading the second rounder had nothing to do with Watson.

They could have just cut Osweiler, they didn't do anything with the capspace.

    It was incredibly stupid.

Believe they used most the cap savings to pay Hopkins' roster bonus, freeing up that money for this summer. I didn't like giving up a 2nd either but they didn't just sit on the cash either.
