Like it or hate it, it was a bad idea to lead off the series with that episode. I'm sure there were people who decided not to come back after that, and they should because the other episodes don't cause the offense that one did. Looking forward to season 4. Not all their stories are fantastic, but they have some gems and the rest of them still have at least something to offer.
Lol, I watched that episode, rated the show 1 star on Netflix and didn't watch the next episode for over a year until my brother convinced me to.
The pig episode is mostly shock vulgarity, similar to torture p*rn movies. Nothing in its writing was creative.
First episode wasn't the best but it didn't offended me.....wife wasn't bothered by it either, just thought it was odd especially for a series starter....
I finished Hated in the Nation okay can we have a serious discussion?? Anyone?????? One of the few times a show left me trembling.
not sure if spoilers, but 3 of the 6 episodes this season required me to care about what happens to sprites, digital replications of people, whatever you want to call it. I wish this show wouldn't do that so much.
I liked like 3 episodes of season 4. The killer robot one was boring af. I had to fast foward through it.
Trying hard to be HARD SCI FI and exploring the moral implications of it . . . . . I get it but alot of it was not great. It was like. . meh . . .ok . .. I get it .. but overall I did not have any WOW!!! moments this season Several I was sitting there . . . like what was the point of this? The other had points that were hamfisted and clunky and 'twist' you saw coming a mile away Rocket River
Agreed. I think Charlie Brooker might have lost his fastball when it comes to Black Mirror. Obviously the season was watchable and had some interesting episodes, but there's nothing like the early season episodes. I think they're running out of ideas. Like @tallanvor above said, how many times are we going to see an episode based on digital copies of one's self. It's been done like 5 episodes now.
Not to spoil anything but just saw the first episode of season 4. The Captian looks like Matt Damon's long lost ugly brother. His voice even sounded the same.
Star Trek episode was GREAT. Jodie Foster's episode was Lifetime movie TRASH. She shouldn't be allowed to direct.
Oh **** hes Meth Damon. I couldn't remember but I thought there was another show/movie that had a Matt Damon lookalike. Now I remember.
