That's not true dude. Cp3 is fantastic but don't try and downplay harden as a playmaker. If what you were saying is true the rockets would never have won 54,56 and 55 games with Harden being the lone playmaker/scorer. I love cp3 and I want him to have the ball a lot but Harden is the better player don't get it twisted. Harden dictates other teams defense because he's so explosive as a scorer and still and elite playmaker. And it's tough to compare cp3 to harden in terms of turning the all over because paul is the best player in the history of the game at taking care of the ball. Harden besides last game has been pretty good at not forcing impossible passes.
Harden is a great spot up shooter he just didn’t have someone to set him up like he does now. Ultimately they will continue to split ball handling duties and MDA is smart enough to figure out a way that allows both guys to dribble drive. Having 3 guys who are elite at shooting and driving in Harden, Paul and Gordon is going to drive defenses nuts trying to rotate. And 2/3 are the best passers in the game. We should always look to improve. The defense has and the shooting has picked up. The only nit left to pick is Hardens turnovers so here we are. It would be interesting to see a game when Paul dominates the ball and Harden plays like Klay Thompson. Would we be even better? Just let Paul pnr and set up Harden off of multiple screens to either shoot, drive, or dish?
Harden is a better overall player right now, but CP3 still has an edge in terms of making sound decisions on the court. Harden plays high-risk/high-return strategy, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You saw what happened last night with GSW losing to OKC because all of their passes were cut off which resulted in a lot of TOVs. Just imagine Harden carelessly throwing the ball through the traffic going against Roberson, Paul George, and Adams, which is more likely to happen. We can still win many games playing like this during the regular season because we have a pretty efficient offensive system, but against teams with several long, athletic defenders such as Boston and OKC, Harden cannot be that careless with the ball. It will absolutely tank our chances of winning that game.
Paul and Harden are playing extraordinary ball. From what i've seen Harden seems fine with Paul having the ball so i think you are imagining things or are a troll trying to start a bash harden thread
This idiot is a LOF trying to start a bash Harden thread. These fools are so vindictive . First it was start a Dwight V Harden division on this board now it's Paul V Harden. Difference is Paul and Harden play well together so these idiots will be dissapointed ion the end. They will use anyone or anything to bash Harden. Brewer goat is the same clown as the OP. There writing style and same dribble is a giveaway.
Harden is the best scorer in the NBA and is averaging 34 points and 11 assists with Paul where we have a 17 point margin of victory where we are undefeated(4-0) so he must be doing something right.
Harden and Lin played fine together by the way, it's just LOF's complained non stop even though Harden was better at everything
On point. But Harden has improved his passing with MDA at helm. He is only averaging like 3 TOs instead of 4 or 5?
Harden will succeed in adjusting with Chris, I believe, because both of them want to win. Off ball play from Harden can be useful in spurts, but he must get the opportunity to pass and score in multiple ways.
Honestly Harden isn't trying to match him out of a bruised ego. It is more like he is having fun and wants to be a part of that.
Harden has a bad habit when leads start to balloon to try and push his high risk passing into circus highlight passing, a lot of those Denver turnovers were just that, and it's not an isolated incident.
Ever feel like someone is watching games. . .. MADD when a players is doing well and cannot wait until they make a mistake to pounce with the ole "I LOVE HARDEN BUT HE SO DUMB WHEN . . . . .. . " This of course happens on a 49 pt game and 15 assist and Harden makes his 1st turnover with a 35 point lead "I MEAN HE IS BRILLIANT BUT THIS WILL COME BACK TO BITE US IN A CLOSER GAME . . . " Those type of posters are just ridiculous Rocket River
