Anyone noticed the top 2 scorers this season? 1. Giannis Antetokounmpo, MIL 31.9 2. Kristaps Porzingis, NY 30.0 How about FG%? 1. Capela (Switzerland) 68,5% 2. Adams (N. Zealand) 68,4% 3. Kanter (Switzerland) 63,2% 4. Sabonis (Lithuania) 62,8% 5. Gobert (France) 62,4% Next year's first pick: a good chance it will be Luka Dončič (Slovenia) So Adams is not from Europe, but you see my point Of course Europeans will probably never be better than US players...but how cool would it be if All Star featured USA VS World? I'm sure rest of the world would give USA players fits. USA: PG Curry SG Harden SF Durant PF LBJ C Davis World: PG Irving SG Wiggins SF Giannis PF Porzingis C Marc Gasol
Since he's born in Australia, I guess he could play for World just for this fictional all star purpose
That team USA lineup would still murder any international squad. Curry and Harden alone would set the record for most threes attempted and made in a game ever.
Not necessarily. Sometimes the stars just don't fit. Look at the Westbrook-George-Carmelo situation in OKC. That's three Team USA players who just lost to the ****ing Kings.
Thoughts on Team Houston (hometown reps) ? Starting 5: Jonathan Simmons, Gerald Green, Jimmy Butler, Justise Winslow, DeAndre Jordan 6th Man: Danny Green
you can arguably go with KAT (DR) and Embiid (Cameroon) over KP and Gasol too for world. simmons at PG and kyrie at SG
Europe is a continent divided by 50 country’s, so I guess it will comes down to strategy how the game will be played and coached but certainly not the star present. Just comes to my minde 2006 world championship in Japan.
