Yep. Let's try him out there. Guess the saying is right. Once you go black, you never go back. So tired of these boring, white QBs. was hesitant on having a black dude as a QB and face of the franchise. But now I want nothing else.
Was just about to post this. I’d rather give him a shot in order to keep the same offensive scheme Watson had. I can’t stand this preseason-looking offense. Like they’re hiding the actual plays or something.
Not even active on game days. Might as well give him one last shot at a different position before you release him in the offseason/next season.
I agree. HOwever David Carr, either mustache or perpetual 5 o'clock shadow, not both. Especially with the slicked back hair for the trifecta that makes it hard to believe anything he's telling me.
Don't think Savage made more than one read on 90% of his throws yesterday. Obviously a big part of that was on the OL but Savage doesn't have the mobility to buy his own time. Miller is being passed over at WR, give him some reps and see what happens.
Won't happen under BoB's watch. Too bad, too. He's still a capable passer, but my hope is that he can be used for plays like the halfback pass or passing out of the wildcat.
How Braxton Miller went from superstar QB to intriguing NFL WR prospect by Alexis Chassen@Lovelybuckeye Apr 7, 2016, 9:00am EDT "I knew after the last checkup that I wasn't ready for quarterback," Miller said, via ESPN. "I couldn't throw over 40 yards. I was throwing hard, about 70 mph, 20 yards. But I couldn't throw over 40 yards. There's no point in playing quarterback if you can't throw over 40 yards. It was devastating."
