    Plane tix and game tix purchased. Looks like I'm heading to Houston for game 4.

    I placed an $100 on the stros to win it all this year back in spring training. That will pay for this trip when it pays out.

    *** the Dodgers. I'm so sick and tired of hearing what a great baseball team they are.

    No one gave us much chance of getting past Boston or NY so no surprise of the LA worshippers

    Would love to head to Houston Saturday for the game. Anyone know how to get tickets? Looks like everything is around $1000 for nosebleeds on resale sites. Is that whay I should expect to pay? Any help would be much appreciated! Go 'Stros!

    Pretty sure nearly everyone had us getting past Boston. At the start of the NY series, I'd say most picked us as well.

    I'm speaking of a mixture of commentator bias for the bigger market teams with rich history and fan noise. Plenty of NY nut cradling heading back to Houston in that series.

    Houston is never taken seriously.....especially now vs LA

    I would like that to change.

    Astros ticket office went live at 9:00 today and were selling tickets for face value. They sold out in 5-10 mins. I was mad. I found out at 9:45

    @don grahamleone is just upset that he has me on ignore so he keeps missing my great threads, lol. he missed my ALCS thread and my Astros in 7 thread and feels left out!! i'm providing all this good mojo for the Astros and he wants to be a part of it!

    Oh yeah, the commentary as well as just the overall broadcasts (i.e. replays shown) have been awful. I will say Smoltz seemed to be rooting for us as and Keith Hernandez as well but just about everyone else including Fox in itself were rooting for the Yankees/Sox.

    I regret nothing. Plus I can see the thread on the home site page. There's a list of the hottest threads there. Most are created by Rockets fans in the list, but occasionally a troll posts a thread. My work around makes certain users existance absolutely useless! You earned it useless guy! You know you did.

    Latest forecasts call for 100+ degree weather on Games 1 and 2;
    that and the smog would add to the home court advantage
