Hope it's better than the first season. I don't know what a dungeon and dragon **** is but Thriller Michael Jackson and Ghostbusters is right up my alley as an 80s kid.
That truly sucks for you. The game was so awesome back in the day (although it was a quarter eating bandit.) I finally was able to beat it when it was ported to Sega CD. You should play it. Tons of ways to play it online. The princess is in a thong too which was kinda a big deal when I was 12...
I admit I was an expert at the game and could finish it. Admittedly, it was just a game you had to memorize moves and the timing of the moves. So, when you finished it once, then it became pointless. But, all the fun was had in learning and getting to the end to win. And, it took a while. I loved the idea that you could play a game for a long time on a single quarter. Back then, it felt like a productive use of one's time...hanging out a 7-Eleven or Kroger playing an arcade-style game. It got you off the couch and you had to stand. I used to play Stargate for hours on one quarter. Also, loved playing pinball at 7-Eleven and scarfing on their junk food while we hung out playing video games. One of the best times was playing Playboy pinball at 7-Eleven with some hot chick with big jugs jumping up and down rooting me on because I was an excellent pinball player....mmmm hmmmm.
I wish some new game would take a crack at hand drawn animation. I am not sure oh you incorporate freedom of movement and actions with a hand drawn game but somebody should try to figure that out. Could you imagine running around a Zelda dungeon that looked hand drawn like Dragon's Lair? beautiful.
Is the next season out yet? What was the practical joke? What'd I miss? Can't wait to hear those synth tones on new incoming headphones
