I always think I'll watch the Streauxs in a situation like this, and I will have on both, but my eyes will veer off and focus on the Rockets. I am completely unable to help myself. The Rockets just understand me.
If the Astros make it to the World Series and it's a game 7 with a one run lead in the 9th, it will be different. I'll probably turn on the volume to the World Series and keep a laser focus on the Rockets game. It'll suck to watch the Rockets without audio, but sometimes you just have to make sacrifices. Like at Christmas I have to kick my niece out of the house because she said something nice about the Warriors once three years ago. I know it's Christmas and I try to get into the spirit, but she said something nice... about the Warriors. She ruins Christmas, not me. Wear some ketchup and mustard for God sake.
The NBA season is not long enough for me to miss a Rockets game. I wish the Astros the best of luck. Can't wait to check out the post game highlights.
I love the Rockets but I live in NYC and would love to laugh at the Yankees fans if they get swept by Houston. After the whole Melo deal my hatred for NY sports teams have been reignited. Astros must and have to destroy the Yankees. I'll watch the Rockets on my phone.. but my bar will have the astros on!
I found myself watching the Astros more than the Rockets this year even during the second round of the playoffs. I know where I’ll be. This Astros team is too special to not watch.
First game at 9:30 and tip off will probably be closer to 10:00, I'm hoping I'll be asleep by then. They have these things called DVRs and y'all should check them out.
No...every game wasn't. Thursday the 5th at 6:30 CDT. Friday the 6th, they played at 4:00 CDT. Sunday the 8th at 6:30 PM CDT. Monday the 9th at 6:00 CDT.
Wow she should probably consider herself lucky. I probably would've reported her to the FBI as an ISIS operative if she tried that at my house.
If you're actually considering regular season rockets over ALCS Astros vs the damn Yankees you can move your ass to dallas like now.
