Especially whenever we play the warriors/thunder, this starting lineup will be the best way to slow them down

    Paul/Harden/Ariza/Tucker/Capela

With Gordon/Nene/Anderson/Luc coming off the bench

This is the perfect complementary rotation and I hope they realize it at some point in the season. Anderson's overall play will improve and won't be such a defensive liability against bench units while Tucker gives us the versatility to switch on defense while still spacing the floor for everyone else.

That is a lot of money coming off the bench.

Player/skill set/fit yes belongs on the 2nd unit.
    VS
    Contract/asset/future value keep as starter

    Basketball VS basketball reasons

Lets give Ryno a month with CP3 before we rush any decisions.

Ryno played alright... A bit rusty but overall not bad. Hit a few threes, fouled Melo alot lol

I think his value as an asset will increase on the bench since his stats will likely go up being a sparkplug off the bench

Teams will go after him every single play and Anderson has proved he can't defend consistently, especially against starting lineups. Hitting a few threes won't make up for that

Lin and Tmac are still firmly in the lead.

Anything without Pippen is a crap shoot.

Lin as a Rox wasn't important, you still wanna hate him, fine, he was just another player who got overpaid because of the market he attracted.

They go after Anderson as much as they go after Harden. The worst thing that can happen to the Rockets defensively is transition defense, a screen against Harden, and then Clint gettin iso'd. Can't recall Anderson getting abused too much defensively last year unless he had to guard a center or skilled big man

Nowhere. For a guy who's been dangled in trade talks ALL offseason, Anderson's handled it better than i would. He's a great professional

Is Tucker a consistent enough 3 point shooter? If so, he should be the full time starting 4.

Harden at least has the physical ability to guard NBA players. I have yet to see a player Anderson can guard consistently on the NBA lvl

Dantoni will obviously changed lineups due to matchups. He not gonna make a lineup that won’t be helpful to us winning

Physical ability means nothin without physical will and effort.....

I seen Anderson clearly be outmatched but battle down there. As long as he gives effort and doesn't make it easy that's all I can ask for at this moment.

Melo is a bad matchup for almost an pf matchup not named Lebron James

Another thing, ppl forget just how much Anderson's presence affects the game. Teams are forced to guard him because of his 3pt%. Even if he hasn't made a shot they still have to respect his 3pt shot. This gives Harden a abundance of space to work with

He led the team last year in plus minus. His mere presence on offense (make or miss) elevates our offense to elite levels.

Anderson's probably more valuable as a starter as he gets more wide open looks generated by CP3/Harden. But I'm down for finishing games with Tucker or Moute.
