The only thing I hate about avocados is that they go bad quickly. At least your wife put it on a toast. Mine drinks it in a smoothie. You have you to draw the line somewhere.

This morning I had avocado toast on multigrain bread with a side of jalapeno chorizo, 6 strips of bacon, and extra crispy hash browns. Trying to eat healthier so I'm not FATT.
Fun fact: once avocados reach a certain point on the tree, the simply stop ripening. Growers will leave them on until needed, thus ensuring a constant supply throughout the year. If you want them to last longer, buy them before they're ripe, put in refrigerator. Refrigeration slows the ripening process.
