I'd still watch. As a veteran, they have a right to kneel during the anthem if they want to. In turn, I also have a right to think of them as giant pieces of **** for doing so.

It's a free-ish country.

But I'm not going to stop watching just because some ill-informed athletes decide to jump in on the latest social media fad. I don't care that much.

1. You got "triggered" by the president's words.
2. You support the symbolic gesture of the players to fight back Donald Trump's act.
3. You do not believe symbolic action has any effect on anything.

How people can get so worked up about this on either side is fascinating. I think it's fine you feel like kneeling is very disrespectful and bothered by it, not everyone sees the anthem and the flag the same way. I for one do not always associate flags and anthem with the military or vets,but then again I'm not American. I also think it's fine for players to do whatever they want when the anthem is playing, it's a free country of expressions.

I think this issue has gone way beyond what it should have gone in terms of reactions of both sides
