    he does seem to be passionate about the team, and he is a native Houstonian...he also served as an advisory director during the franchise's championship seasons in 1994 and 1995

    Him owning casinos blocked him from Texans partnership - will it with the Rockets? I'm gonna guess no since Silver has actually advocated for sports betting but it could put a wrinkle in things?

    I'm down for this. I just hope he isn't as eccentric as Mark Cuban but is willing to fork over big money to get the talent. I also hope he demands a change in uniforms.

    Jerseys will take at least 2 seasons. He's too late to put in the change for 2018-2019 I reckon, unless he has already been working on it or will do it quickly.
