They are giving him credit for the O line run blocking better.

This offense is going to lay a goose egg in the 1st half against the Saints. Oh brother!

Did they coach Watson to just throw it up like that?

Savage would have taken a sack on the last play. Instead he got an 11 yard completion. No way can savage side step a rush like that

Sean Payton knows our plays better than BoB. Would be a miracle if we scored before garbage time.

Just let Watson run. I mean if you draft him and then force him to stay in the pocket and be a stiff like Tom Savage you're not using his strengths.

Why not try and go for it there? Good opportunity for situational offense, and even if we don't get it our defense gets a chance at a 2 min drill stop.

It's the damn preseason. BoB needs to test these guys....

Sure, but that's just one play. Savage still showed more this game. Watson needs time. He's exciting, but the Texans need more stability right now. Could happen some time this year, but most likely will be next season.

No it wasn't. If they don't catch it...its not a pick.

It's another way of saying that it was a shitty throw.

Watson brutal tonight. Makes me feel much better that Savage is starting.

He's had all day several plays. This is a disappointing outing so far, not even counting the really dumb throws. I hope he can pick it up in the second half.

I think Brock is open on the trade market.
