Screw ESPN and the sports media. They have already jinxed the Carmelo trade with all the fake news. I don't want the Rockets to become a hype machine for their baseless fantasies. I'm down for Rockets fans to daydream the Banana Boat on this board, but ESPN has always disrespected the Rockets, no way we should allow ESPN to join the bandwagon.
I never would have imagined a scenario where we would have Harden, Paul, and Melo - much less LeBron. Are you kidding me? That this is even a possibility is amazing. I can understand the sentiment against super teams, but that's the competition. A championship isn't valid only when you're a massive underdog with few stars. In the '84 finals there were NINE HoF'ers between the two teams - anyone think that championship didn't count?
// "Lets make a content piece with creative graphics." // "Do we have to have actual written content?" // "Yes" // "ah, ok then. -- blah." // "Now, back to the graphics."
FWIW Chris Sheridan was one of the few who reported LeBron heading back to Cleveland when no one else did
Dude is going to the Lakers. They have a **** load of cap space next season, and could have even more if they trade Clarkson (IMO pretty easily) and stretch Deng.
In all seriousness, which teams ACTUALLY are a landing spot for the King? Morey will need to work some serious Jedi Chess Black Magic with contracts.
the reason they have cap space is because they dont have any talent. Do you really think 33/34 yo lebron is going to go to a team where he has to do it all himself?
Maybe the threat of losing Lebron for nothing to LAL is all the incentive Dan Gilbert needs to trade Lebron to Houston this season?
LeBron has a NTC. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...not-waive-no-trade-clause-cleveland-cavaliers
You guys really think LeBron will dwindle his last good years away in LA? All of his best friends are here (im including Melo)
