    The last owner of the Rockets who was involved in the Rockets and cars
    drafted some dude named OLAJUWON and built something called THE SUMMIT
    and didn't SCREW UP THE UNIFORMS

    Turns out nobody in Houston is worth 10B. Since Bay Area already has Warriors, it's unlikely a new owner from there would move the team, and there are lot of rich guys from here:

    Chinese government is clamping down on Chinese companies doing big acquisitions internationally. I don't think a lot of Chinese billionaire has $2B cash oversea.
