Arya really doesn't know a lot. She's been on the run or out of the country for a long time now. She didn't know about Jon until Potpie told her and didn't know about Sansa until she got to Winterfell. She didn't know Rodrik and Maester Luwin were dead.

Cersei has a giant Frankenstein bodyguard. How is that not mysticism?

It has nothing do with the metaphysical in the show. I think they mostly just claim it as science.

Tyrion will absolutely stick up for Jaime (and Bronn) which will only further the divide between him and Dany. I can't imagine Dany would agree to trade Jaime for Yara which is the only reason for him to make it back to Kings Landing alive (though I fully expect he miraculously will).

Jon can't really afford to go against Dany. He doesn't have the men to face the White Walkers, Cersei, or Dany.

So are the Unsullied written off the show, at this point? Their ships were all destroyed (by the Lannisters' ships?), so they'd have to walk everywhere now. Problem is, they don't have any orders and they're in a foreign land, so they don't know which way is which.

Caves are Jon's specialty; probably scribbled those cave drawings before luring Dany in there.

Lulz...at the level of detail we think of. :)

I don't think being in a foreign land is going to stop the White Walkers any. You just follow Kings Raod for 2000 miles.

The Unsullied, likewise, have a major road from East to West to follow from Lannisport straight to KL, as easy to follow as the Yellow Brick Road. Even has a similar name -- Gold Road. And if they get lost, they can just wait for Dany to find them on her Dragons. I'm sure an army of 5000 is easy to spot out of the air.

Those Lannisters think of everything to have built a road straight to KL.

Or Dany can deliver the message in person using her Dragon Priority Mail. Or hell, Tyrion might even think of sending a messenger on horseback. Tyrion is schmaart.

I don't think the White Walkers give a crap where they go. They just want to kill, haha.

For the Unsullied, the problem with just going straight to KL, is timing. It's unwise to do things on your own; what if Dany didn't want them to go to KL just yet? You'd be "disobeying" your Queen, without actually disobeying orders. It's just a show, but this immediately popped into my head when Grey Worm was looking at all their ships being wrecked. :p

If they ARE written out, it's a clever way to do so. Tyrion even mentioned that Cersei has withheld (or has the ability to withhold) food from Casterly Rock, so the Unsullied would most likely have to leave the place.

don't think they are being written out ... while those Dothraki's jumping up on their horses to launch arrows was pretty sick ... the Unsullied are arguably the funnest live-action army to choreograph in battle. On this budget, we haven't seen the last of the Unsullied.

Messages can get there three ways...at least
    • Ravens
    • Dany Special Delivery on a Dragon
    • Tyrion sending a message via Pony Express

My exact thought. At first, I was just thinking, he needs to get that armor off quickly or he'll drown. Then, I started wondering how he was sinking that deep so close to the bank of the river. I guess the shot the director wanted was more important than actually making sense.

If she doesn't sit atop the Iron Throne by series' end, at least she'll have job security :D

I can go with anyway the writers wanted the show to go, its just odd. Her just hungry (dumb reason to risk rape/death) or she wanted to actually kill them (she shouldnt be able to). She's not the actress to pull it off and its unfair because if its in the books, it'd be easier to imagine an assassin that doesn't look like a pudgy girl barely 5ft tall. Your over-the-top posting with Kill Bill was with a killer looking Uma Thurman, so that doesn't help me here. If there were still books that the writers need to follow up, then theres not much choice, but thats not the case here. For her to show compassion, they could've done so many things. Even the Wolf scene could be that lesson that she was spared.
Either way, I've just moved on for the sake of moving on. I just wished theyd make her into a silent assassin type with poison, sneak attack, traps, rather than able to take on a white blond female shaq with her needle. So agree on the op and needs nerf.
I think of the fight scene between Jaime and Brienne before he got his hand chopped. That looked like a real fight if it was with a proper girl who knew how to fight. I think the show got stupid with women fighters when the Sand Snakes came on.
