oh, u had it in all caps like Woj or somebody had just said it on TV it looks that way, but we're still weeks away from training camp/the start of the season the Knicks are in no rush I want this to happen now as a Rockets fan, but to keep it real, if I were in the Knicks front office I'd be trying to acquire Kyrie or get Melo to expand his list right now...the rumored garbage offers that they've been presented with so far aren't going anywhere
Imminent doesn't apply to any trade involving the Rockets and Carmelo Anthony. If it was a matter of just working out minor details, this trade would have been completed two weeks ago. Obviously the Knicks and Rockets don't have a match and there is no certain third team. Teams don't just sit on trades for weeks and weeks. Maybe a deal finally is reached but not now.
Melo doesn't **** around. Isn't he a blood? He wouldn't mind no showing and making a scene to get his way.
The deal was imminent. It's been confirmed by people close to the rockets that the deal was "basically done" and then the knicks stepped back. What happens now is a question but when the two yard line report came out it was imminent. People we can trust have verified that.
