If Lakers fans can forgive Kobe for quitting, why can't we forgive Harden for quitting?

?

Should we forgive Harden for quitting on us?

  1. No, I have grown to HATE JAMES FRAUDEN.

  2. Yes, only when he brings us a championship.

Kobe quit on the Lakers in 2006. They blew a 3-1 lead against the Suns and lost game 7 with Kobe only shooting 16 shots, including only 3 shots in the 2nd half, and scoring ONE POINT. They lost by 31.

"Bryant, who took only three shots in the second half of Game 7, is largely thought to have given up that night. Analyst Charles Barkley called the Lakers' star "selfish" after the game, suggesting he was passing up shot attempts to make the point that his teammates couldn't win without his scoring."

Since then, Lakers fans have forgiven Kobe. Will we ever forgive Harden for quitting on us in game 6 against the Spurs? If so, when? Or will we continue to hate him?

Honestly, we may never forgive Harden. His quit job was way worse than Kobe's. He quit on us in an elimination game, getting blown out by 39 points AT HOME against a team WITHOUT THEIR BEST PLAYER.

    What do you guys think?

We are about to get Carmelo by 5.45 to come play with Harden and here we have a Mavs fan trolling the GARM and trying to deflect attention

Stop trying to stir the pot with your anti-Harden agenda you annoying Lin fan/Mavs troll. How many lame Harden threads can 1 guy make? Give it a rest already.

No one will remember Harden quitting when he redeems himself. All sports are "what have you done for me lately". Only sour Spurs fans will bring this up as we sail by them next year

Will Harden ever redeem himself? He tends to be Playoff Harden which isn't a good look. I'm hoping hardass CP3 will bring the best out of Harden.

I think he will. Harden is a superstar but he needs help on off nights. He was thrust into being the face of a franchise coming from OKC. It has taken him time but finally I think the Rockets are built to help him not just build around him.

One reason perhaps is because he back to back to back had won championships as the 2nd best player on the team. It likely gives you a bit of leeway.

Dumb ass thread and waste of space

I'm not sure he quit, I think he was injured. If he really quit I doubt players like Melo/CP3 would want to be playing with him.
